The Lost Cajun in San Antonio, Texas

We are always amazed at how people find us and then what makes them want to become Lost Cajuns! Eric and Manuel' story is funny, but true!

One day Eric and Manuel got lost on a business trip in Denver and ended up in the mountains, literally LOST! They were craving some good Southern food and stumbled into The Lost Cajun and I just happened to be there that day and showed them and their families the southern hospitality we are known for and that they had left back in Texas. Little did they know that this was enough for them to catch the Lost Cajun bug.

Eric and Manuel met working in a law firm serving clients over 4 years ago. Eric is an attorney and an avid food enthusiast. In his free time, he loves to visit restaurants across the country, and the boy can eat! Manuel and his wife have two children and one on the way.

For almost a year, they thought about the down home Cajun cooking and southern hospitality they experienced at the Lost Cajun and decided that San Antonio needed a Lost Cajun and they wanted to be "The Lost Cajuns" of San Antonio and how it needed great gumbo, seafood, and Beignets!

I made my way down to San Antonio and fell in love with the town and what I think The Lost Cajun can do in San Antonio with Eric and Manuel leading the way. They plan on taking the Lost Cajun international by one day opening a location on the River walk! We couldn't ask for a better partnership and two great guys. Welcome to the family!

UPDATE!!!! The baby that was on the way is here!!!!! Congrats! And more great news, We now have a location for the New Lost Cajun!
